Payments

Deposits and final payments are made by direct bank transfer. We do not collect or store credit or debit card information on the site.

Since we work with couples from around the world, particularly from the United States and Canada, your data may be processed in Portugal and the European Union regardless of the country you contact us from. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely and in accordance with this policy.

Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, namely:

  • Contact data from inquiries that don’t convert into a booking: up to 2 years
  • Client data under contract: for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period required by law for tax and accounting purposes (generally 10 years in Portugal)
